Refund Policy (English)

Introduction

24BUYM sells game top-ups, which are digital goods delivered straight to the customer's game account. This policy sets out when a refund is available, how it can be returned, and how long it takes.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Payment completed but the items or credits were never delivered to the game account.
• An error on 24BUYM's side during processing.
• A paid order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Proof of payment and the order number are required, and requests should be raised within 14 days of the transaction.

Non-Refundable

• Items or credits already delivered to the game account.
• Codes or digital goods already redeemed.

Refund Methods and Timing

Once a request is approved, the customer chooses one of two methods, which differ in speed:

• Store credit on 24BUYM — returned immediately or within 24 hours, usable on any other game. This is the fastest option.
• Transfer back to your bank account — processed within 14 days of approval.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our team with your order number, the game ID used, and a description of the problem, through any channel below. We will review it, report back, and let you choose the refund method.
